morah robin fifth grade update for March 17th

Shalom Fifth grade Parents,

Just a short update , a more detailed newsletter will come home at the end of this week. We are busy working on the laws for Pesach and have completed our first packet. The test on this packet will be this coming WED, the 20th. We will be starting and completing our Haggada companion, which I prepared for the students, this week. I hope they use it to enhance your seders. It will be full of interesting Divrei Torah and information that should be fun to share. A letter will accompany the Haggada packet which I ask to be returned after Pesach break.

In Chumash we completed perek 44 and the test was returned this past week. I hope your child shared it with you. Please make sure it is signed and returned , so I know you saw it. We have already started perek 45 and are presently working on psukim 1-8 in Parshat Vayigash.

In Navi we are working on perek 6 and learning about Gideon Ben Yoash. We will only complete this perek most probably after Pesach since this week we will be very busy learning about Pesach.
